- Bên cạnh phòng thí nghiệm cần có hệ thống nhà lưới và vườn ươm để trồng cây lấy nguyên liệu nuôi cấy và trồng cây tái sinh trong quá trình chọn lọc

Các hóa chất phổ biến sử dụng dùng trong nuôi cấy mô

Các hóa chất khử khuẩn mô, vệ sinh tủ... (Trung Quốc, Việt Nam):          

- Fomadehyde (formalin) 40%

- NH3 25%

- Acolhol (ethanol) cồn 90%

- NaOCl 1-15%

- Ca – hypochloride dạng bột

- Clorua thuỷ ngân HgCl2

- Tween 20

- HCl 0,5%

- Xà Phòng
